Continuous Evaluation |
|
|
|
| |
| |
The term 'continuous' refers to
regularity in assessment. The
growth of a child is a
continuous process. Therefore,
the students' progress should be
evaluated continuously which
means that evaluation has to be
completely integrated with the .
teaching and learning process.
'Evaluation' is the process of
finding out the extent to which
the desired changes, have taken
place in the pupils. |
|
 |
|
|
|
| |
It, therefore,
requires collection of evidence
regarding , growth or progress,
so as to use that information
for decision making. In this
way, information gathering,
judgment making and decision
taking are the three phases of
the process of evaluation |

Group Discussion |
|
|
|
| |
| |
Group discussion forms are the primary stage of contact
between the interviewer and interviewee. These are the management entrance
procedures by universities or also adopted at the recruitment stage by many
companies. Aided with qualifications and multi
faceted job related profiles
candidates are all of the cream
variety. Group discussions at once separates the cream
from group and makes them
eligible for further rounds of
tests so as to be chosen in an
accurate career position. Though
group discussion sounds a
cacophonic idea to many
individuals, Skills of management
level and expertise in cooling
down a situation can easily be
recognized during discussion of
a topic. |

Presentation |
|
|
|
| |
Presentation is the practice of
showing and explaining the
content of a topic to an
audience or learner. A
presentation program, such as
Microsoft PowerPoint, is often
used to generate the
presentation content.
In recent
years it has become increasingly
common for employers to request
job applicants who are
successfully shortlisted to
deliver one or more
presentations at their
interview. The purpose of the
presentation in this setting may
be to either demonstrate
candidates' skills and abilities
in presenting, or to highlight
their knowledge of a given
subject likely to relate closely
to the job role for which they
have applied. |
|
 |
|
| |
It is
common for the applicant to be notified
of the request for them to deliver a
presentation along with their invitation
to attend the interview. Usually
applicants are only given a title for
their presentation and a time limit
which the presentation should not
exceed. |
